Loans where there is no deduction at source. Personal Loans where there is no deduction at source. Salaried earner should be from reputed company and should be acceptable to the bank. Govt/Semi Govt/ schools’/college/ aided institution. At monthly rest.
Documents / Income Proof
- Prescribed loan application form.
- Latest Photograph, Photo ID Proof and Residence Proof of the Applicant
- Salary slips for last 3 months and Bank statement for last 3 months or Form No.16 of the Applicant of last one year.
- Latest salary slip if the guarantors.
- Salary certificate to be obtained on record from the employer.
- The salaried applicants should be Confirmed Employees of State Govt./Central Govt./Public Sector Undertaking/ Aided Schools/Public Limited Companies and reputed Private limited company at the discretion of management.
- Net take home salary will be 1/3rd of gross salary after proposed loan instalment. Any deductions outside the salary to be based on Bank Statement for last Six months.
- Loan to be considered only against salary certificate issued by employer for the purpose availing loan from our Bank.
Security
- Compulsory salary certificate to be obtained on record.
Surety
- 2 guarantors in case of private company other than tie up companies one goa government employee with salary certificate.
Tenure / Repayment
- Maximum 60 months
